Terms of Service

PaymentDilse ("we", "us") provides point-of-sale software for cafés and restaurants ("the Service"), including order management, billing, inventory, staff, and reporting tools. These Terms govern use of the Service by the café or restaurant business that signs up ("you", the "Customer") and its staff.

When you sign up, you create an organization account and an initial admin PIN. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including PINs you issue to staff. Keep PINs confidential and revoke access promptly when a staff member leaves.

New accounts start on a 14-day free trial. After the trial ends, continued access requires an active paid plan. If a trial expires without an active subscription, your account may be suspended until a plan is activated; your data is retained and access restored once billing is resolved.

Plan pricing is shown on our pricing page and may change with notice. Fees are billed in advance for the billing period you select.

You own the data you enter into the Service — menu items, orders, staff records, customer records, and reports. We do not sell your data or your customers' data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details on what we collect and how it's used.

Use the Service only for lawful business purposes. Don't attempt to access another organization's data, disrupt the Service, or use it to store unlawful content.

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, PaymentDilse is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim arose.

You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or remain unpaid after a reasonable notice period. See our Refund Policy for billing specifics.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
